"Nancy and her team are ELITE...a term I don't use often. Insurance is a tricky thing - you are paying for something you hope you never need. The reality is...that need WILL come up when you least expect it. When it does arise, I want:
- An agent I can trust. They don't go MIA, they SHOW UP
- A grade company. They have the fiscal reserves to pay my claim
- Competitive premiums. High value and high return.
- Authenticity ... a REAL person. I need YOU there for me not AI
